Michelle joined the WRS team in February of 2024. She has a passion for customer service and prides herself on ensuring each and every client has a personalized, seamless experience.
Outside of the office, Michelle loves spending time with her family, including her pup and her friends. She also enjoys working out, cooking , baking and travelling to the beach.
Michelle graduated from Ursuline High School and has always lived in the Youngstown area. She currently resides in Boardman, Ohio with her husband and they have four sons.
